The creation of the PDF version is going to take a while this month due to
the well-deserved vacation of Konrad Heuer who creates the file. It should
be created by the 20th or so of this month. Sorry for any inconvenience.
In the meantime you can download the tarball and use Netscape to look at your
local copies. Also note that the tarball is about 1/10 the size of the PDF
version.
